Welcome to Advisor Automations ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our website and services, including our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offerings, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). Please read these terms carefully before subscribing to or using our services.

1. Subscription Plans

We offer two subscription plans for our services:

Monthly Subscription: Month-to-month, no contract. Your subscription will auto-renew every month unless canceled before the next billing cycle.Annual Subscription: One-year term. Your subscription will auto-renew annually unless canceled before the end of your current term.

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the beginning of each renewal term (monthly or annually) until you provide a cancellation notice.

2. Billing and Payment

All payments must be made by a valid credit card or other authorized payment methods. The applicable subscription fee for each plan will be charged at the time of subscription or upon renewal.

Monthly Plan: Billed at the start of each monthly subscription period. Annual Plan: Billed in full at the start of the one-year subscription period.

There are no refunds or prorated refunds for annual subscriptions. Once billed, fees are non-refundable for both monthly and annual plans.

3. Auto-Renewal

Your subscription to Advisor Automations will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term (monthly or annually) unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. Failure to cancel in time will result in your payment method being charged for the next term.

4. Cancellation Policy

Monthly Plan: You can cancel your month-to-month subscription at any time. Once canceled, your access to the service will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

Annual Plan: If you are on the annual plan, your subscription will expire at the end of the one-year term, unless renewed. If you wish to cancel, you must do so before the renewal date.

No refunds or prorated refunds will be provided for cancellations during the annual term. To cancel your subscription, please contact our support teams. It is your responsibility to ensure that cancellation is completed before the renewal period begins.

5. Modifications to Pricing and Services

We reserve the right to change or modify the pricing of our services at any time. Any changes to pricing will be communicated to current subscribers, and such changes will apply to the next billing cycle.

6. Use of Services

You agree to use Advisor Automations only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Any misuse or abuse of the services may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Access to the Internet

You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all internet, computer hardware and other equipment needed to access and use the Website, the Platform, the App, and the Services, and you shall be solely responsible for all charges and fees related thereto.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, and trademarks on our website and related to our services are the intellectual property of Advisor Automations. You are not permitted to reproduce, modify, distribute, or use such materials for any commercial purposes without our express consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advisor Automations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
